Tikun Gardens
Our community is facing unprecedented challenges. During these times, it’s imperative that we focus on the basics – keeping our community fed and healthy. As we enter the summer months we are being presented with an opportunity – to find innovative ways to feed those in need and to get quarantined families directly involved in charity and tikun olam. The goal of Tikun Gardens is to collect produce from community gardeners and distribute it to those in need. In order to guarantee our baskets, Tikun Gardens will also raise funds and purchase bulk, fresh produce at discounted rates.
Tikun Gardens is fully volunteer run. Every dollar raised will go directly to purchasing and supplying our low-income community members with healthy, nutritious fresh produce.
